She has written for The Huffington Post, ScaryMommy.com, CureDiva.com, Nancy’s Point, Women You Should Know, Cancer Knowledge Network, Healing Journeys, and Rage Against the Minivan.
Jen was featured on The Today Show in October 2014 in a segment kicking off Breast Cancer Awareness Month hosted by Joan Lunden. Jen is honored to be included in Pfizer Inc.’s “Breast Cancer: A Story Half Told” project, which aims to change the conversation around metastatic breast cancer. Jen’s participation includes a photo essay by renowned photographer Pei Ketron documenting her home life, a video interview, and a written biography.
Jen resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband, Chris, and their five-year-old son, Quinn. More than five years after her diagnosis, Jen’s scans show no evidence of disease. She is enjoying watching her son become a little boy. She hopes she will be lucky enough to see him become a man.
