Dan is a leader who brings a sense of direction, alignment and focus to any group with outstanding achievements in operations and finance in global financial markets at a senior executive level. Over his 24-year career, Dan has led and developed large global teams in changing environments. A strategic thinker, Dan has extensive international experience running operations and finance teams based in Europe, America and Asia. A change agent across the operations and finance value chains, he has success in streamlining highly complex organization by implementing effective re-engineering processes, improving client service quality, improving operating efficiency and reducing unit cost while mitigating operational risks.
Dan joined Wells Fargo in 2019 and is currently a Senior Vice President for Wells Fargo Strategy and Execution team, supporting its Wholesale Business. Before joining Wells Fargo, Dan was a partner at the Wall Street Network (Global Consultancy) practice, and prior to that Dan was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank leading its Infrastructure Change Team supporting its Finance and Treasury divisions responsible for driving strategic change projects to improve operational and financial business performance.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Brooklyn College from the City University of New York. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Dan has held various senior management Middle Office, Finance and Operations positions at JP Morgan, Barclays and Lehman Brothers spanning across numerous businesses, products and portfolios.
Dan has a wife and two children. He loves travelling with them, and he stays active by skiing, golfing and most recently road biking and running. He has a goal in the next 2 years to run a marathon and bike a century mile event both in the same year!
