"There's always the what if it comes back... the new ache, the new pain, but learning to live for today and live through cancer whether you have cancer now or it's gone"

As an 8-year Survivor, you will never forget the day that you hear those words ....you have cancer!!! Life since then has given me several hurdles. There's always the what if it comes back... the new ache, the new pain, but learning to live for today and live through cancer whether you have cancer now or it's gone.... you beat it!

Live your life... don't give into cancer... you can and will do well through cancer with a positive mind. It is half the battle. Being proactive and facing your fears and just overcoming and staying strong. It feels like you will never look the same again... and you won't....you have to find the new you....embrace the new beauty that shines through after treatment and losing your hair....you are pretty, we just have to realize it.

Find the new you has the strength and encourage others so that they know they don't have to go through this alone. We can get through this together... we can offer resources and networking opportunities to help each other through this most difficult time in our lives! YSC helps me do that so young women don't have to face cancer alone!!!
