Young Survival Coalition National Headquarters Moves to 61 Broadway, NY, NY

New York, NY - (July 26, 2006)

Relocation Increases Organization's Ability To Help
Young Women Affected by Breast Cancer

As of August 1, 2006, The Young Survival Coalition (YSC) (www.youngsurvival.org), the only international, non-profit network of breast cancer survivors and supporters dedicated to the concerns and issues that are unique to young women and breast cancer, is moving its national headquarters to 61 Broadway, in lower Manhattan.

The move will enable the organization to expand its action, advocacy and awareness programs offering peer-support for young women diagnosed with breast cancer as well as educating the medical, research, breast cancer and legislative communities about breast cancer in premenopausal women and to persuade them to address the issues specific to this underserved population.

The relocation will also enhance the YSC's ability to foster a committed, connected and diverse community of young women worldwide who share a breast cancer diagnosis, and offer both them and their loved ones a place to turn.

"We are thrilled to be moving our headquarters to the heart of New York City's Financial District," said Michele Przypyszny, CEO of the Young Survival Coalition. "The larger space will accommodate our expanding staff and provide an uplifting work environment for them and for the dedicated volunteers who have spurred the incredible growth of the YSC over the past eight years. We look forward to building partnerships with our new neighbors in the Financial District and to better serving our constituency."
