YSC Milwaukee supports and unites young women diagnosed with breast cancer through education and advocacy initiatives as well as support programs—from discussion groups to exercise classes to "survivor reach-outs," where local YSC volunteers work together to help other survivors in need. YSC Milwaukee is committed to fostering a welcoming, safe and diverse community of survivors and their supporters.
In Spring 2010, YSC's Milwaukee affiliate was created. We are proud to provide critical information, support and community to young women affected by breast cancer. The organization's headquarters have been located in New York City since its inception, but through YSC Milwaukee, invaluable YSC resources and support can be shared with the greater Milwaukee area.

Monthly Support Group
Meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Each meeting will last around 90 minutes and provide survivors an opportunity to share experiences in a welcoming environment. Our networking meeting is led by a professional facilitator.

Parking is provided in the parking structure. Follow the signs to the Cancer Center parking. We will meet on Floor 2, Room K.
YSC Milwaukee held our first ever Scrap for Survival event in December 2010. With more than 30 attendees, the scrapbooking funraiser was a wonderful event. Thank you to all who participated int the event! View photos from the event.
