Any information that we collect when you register with the YSC (bulletin boards, registration forms, discussions) is completely confidential; We will never distribute or sell this information to any third party other than as necessary to complete a purchase on the site. Because of the nature of communication through the internet, we do not accept registrations on the YSC site from anyone who is under thirteen years of age without prior parental permission. If we find that a constituent is under the age of 13 their registration will be suspended and an attempt to contact their parents will be made. This is in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

All content, graphics and HTML documentation is copyrighted to YSC or the attributed owner. All of the information contained on all pages (with the exception of material licensed from third parties) is also copyrighted to YSC. All content, data, logos and trademarks (collectively defined as "Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of YSC or are used under license and are fully protected by the copyright and trademark laws of the United States and other countries. Any unauthorized use including but not limited to reprint and/or reproduction, transfer, or transmission, beyond what is received in prior written permission by YSC, is strictly prohibited. All information that is disclosed in these public forums becomes public information and is available for viewing by anyone visiting the YSC website. YSC does not moderate the Bulletin Boards or edit Weblogs. However, all parts of the YSC website are monitored to assure that your questions are answered or we refer you to someone who can assist you.

We encourage all Bulletin Board and Weblog participants to present accurate and timely information. YSC cannot be held liable or responsible for participant posting of information.
